1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return new, unused or unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Our GIFT CARDS are non-returnable

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us via support@flola.com.au to request a return
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Once authorized, please package the item securely and include all original materials
  4. Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
