1. Eligibility for Returns
- You may return new, unused or unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Our GIFT CARDS are non-returnable
3. Return Process
- Contact us via support@flola.com.au to request a return
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once authorized, please package the item securely and include all original materials
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return authorization
4. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Shipping Costs
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
